Steps:
Preheat oven to 475°

Mix and knead flour and water.

Roll out dough on a floured surface, and transfer to the greased cookie sheet.

Prick the dough several times with a fork

Cut into squares with a knife.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown

FUN tip: Make place cards for each guest by writing names on the matzo crackers using a toothpick dipped in food coloring!
