A wreath made of tissue paper
Tissue Paper Wreath
Steps:
Form the coat hanger into a circle.

Cut sheets of tissue paper into 1 1/2" X 7" strips. (There is no specific number of strips, so cut both packages entirely, until you run out of tissue paper).

Take a strip of tissue paper, fold it in half over the metal hanger and twist it close to the hanger several times so it becomes two flaps that can slide along the hanger. Push this towards the hook (top).

Do this repeatedly all the way around the hanger.

Be sure to vary the angle of each piece of tissue on the hanger so that is makes a full, even looking wreath.

Tissue Paper Wreath
Making a wreath with tissue paper is fun, easy and festive! You can use different tissue paper colors too!
You will need the following items for this project:
One metal coat hanger
Two packages of tissue paper (any color you choose, or mix colors to create a multi-colored wreath)
Scissors*

* Young children should use child-safe scissors
